The tree prefers a sunny spot which does help with getting the figs to ripen on an earlier timeframe. The tree is a good producer once stablished which can take up to three years. It has a low growth vigor, a characteristic that could benefit gardeners with limited space. The pulp can have some really beautiful intense red or Burgandy color.
