We acquired Hative de Argentueil to expand on the flavor profile of our collection. The flavor in this fig is unique; there is a mixture of cherries and figgy flavor. Indeed, the flavor in this fig is so distinctive that you can pick it up in a blind test any day. The pulp is sweet and jam-like. The figs have a grayish purple tone with red inside, cracks can be observed on most ripe figs. The tree has low growth vigor. The ripening period is middle to late. This is a great variety to add to any collection as its flavor profile is unique and the fruit quality is excellent.
