Oro Bianco is an Italian variety documented and propagated by Francesco Lorusso. This variety has a beautiful and distinct look. It produces two crops. The color of the figs catches the attention of any visitors. The figs have a variegated look (yellow and green). As the figs ripen the yellow tones intensify and you can see some sugar spots on well ripen figs. The flavor and texture are excellent. The flavor is sweet with some subtle tones that are hard to discern maybe floral flavors with some berries. The breba from this variety is amazing, by far the best breba from my collection.
