Souadi is a very beautiful fig, the taste is equally special. It is a strong grower with ease of care. The ripening period is middle to late. The production is average. This variety requires a few years to become established, in young trees the figs can detach with extreme ease. This is definitely one of the most beautiful figs in our collection, the pink blush it has is really special. The figs in 2024 were amazing with some deep berry flavors, the pith (shallow layer under the skin in the syconium) was stained with a deep red tone, simply unbelievable.
