Sucrette is a green/yellow fig with red or deep amber interior. The flavor profile for this variety is light honey with berry tones. The fig produces medium size figs, and they get sugar spots when ripe. The tree produces a good number of figs that start to ripen mid-season. In general, this is a very good variety, similar to Cul Noir but it does have a slightly different flavor. As of 2024, I do prefer this over Cul Noir, this fig was in my top 10 this season.
